Originally from near Saumur in the Loire Valley, Loïc Le Pape discovered his love of cooking early on, inspired by his mother’s talent in the kitchen and the richness of local produce. Today, his creativity is fuelled by everything from markets and restaurants to cookbooks and global travel—always with one goal: to create unforgettable food experiences.

Over 40 Years of Culinary Excellence
Loïc’s culinary journey began in a three-rosette restaurant by the River Loire, followed by national service aboard the iconic French naval vessel Jeanne D’Arc, where he cooked for dignitaries around the world. He refined his skills at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and worked at Michelin-starred institutions including The Ritz and La Tour d’Argent.

After moving to London, he continued his career in top hotels, acclaimed restaurants, and as a private chef for discerning clients in prestigious households across the UK. His work has taken him into some of the most refined private settings, always delivered with discretion and excellence.
