The company is growing fast with a professional clientele and offers some of the most prestigious dishes using fresh ingredients sourced from the finest local suppliers. Let's Cook is based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, and provides professional culinary services throughout the south east including London, Surrey, Kent and the southern counties. Loic Le Pape has been providing his service as a chef for over thirty years both professionally and for pleasure. Born in the Loire Valley, Loic was raised in a small village called La Bohalle not far from the lovely town of Saumur.

Starting very young to be a chef, Loic came to work in England at the age of 20. During that time he has been working for various establishments and cooked for prestigious clientele such as Francois Mitterand, Tony Curtis, Victoria Principal, Ronald Reagan and other well know celebrities.

I am inspired by the love of cooking and I do like putting a smile to my customer's faces at the end of their meals knowing that they were happy with my services. By marrying different flavours I aim to create a culinary feast that satisfies.

Loic has worked with some of the most luxury restaurants, including:
- La Promenade, three rosettes restaurant in the Loire Valley.
- The famous Ritz Hotel in Paris.
- The legendary Jeanne D'arc helicopter carrier.
